Building on a templatized, process-driven model to create the first indigenous pan-India Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain

Starting off by selling handmade momos in a kiosk in a retail chain in 2008, Wow! Momo
has scaled to 480 restaurants in 20 Indian cities as of August 2022. Constant product
innovation, and a relentless focus on product quality and delivering a superior customer
experience has seen the company become the only home grown QSR chain of scale.
The company plans to expand on its business through an expansion of its existing store
formats to more cities in India, and a foray into FMCG through its ready-to-eat momos.
